The historic French Quarter is one of our favorite engagement photo locations in Charleston. At Chalmers street, you’ll not only find free on-street parking spots, you will also immediately be immersed in the beauty of Charleston’s architecture and its one-of-a-kind cobble stone streets.
From there, Hibernian Hall, which is every engagement photographer’s backdrop dream, along with the iconic staircase of Charleston City Hall, are only a stone’s throw away.
We always try to come up with different spots for our engagement sessions, so we decided to wander down Broad Street this time. Charleston’s first “skyscraper”, Peoples Building, with its impressive Jaguar sculptures, turned out to be a winner.
An outfit change later, we ended our session at Queen Street, one of Charleston’s most charming side streets.
