Sarah and Rob suggested starting their engagement session at the College of Charleston. We never photographed there before, so we were excited about this location, and eager to explore the campus. From the moment we arrived, we could see why they had chosen this place – it was absolutely stunning. The architecture, the greenery, and the overall ambiance of the campus. You almost want to step back in time and go to college again.

Classes and engagement sessions at the College of Charleston start early

We decided to start the session early in the morning, just as classes were beginning. This meant that we had the entire campus to ourselves, which was a photographer’s dream come true. With no distractions or interruptions, we were able to capture the beauty of the location and showcase Sarah and Rob’s love in a truly authentic way. The early morning light added a soft and romantic glow to the photos, making them even more special.

Ending the Engagement Session at Queen Street Grocery

As the engagement session at the College of Charleston draws to a close, there’s no better way to wrap up the day than with a visit to Queen Street Grocery. This charming café, located in the heart of the city, holds a special place in the couple’s hearts as it used to be their go-to spot for breakfast dates.

Queen Street Grocery offers a cozy and intimate setting, perfect for reflecting on the day’s events and capturing those final moments of togetherness. The warm ambiance, accompanied by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the European style outdoor seating, creates a relaxed and romantic atmosphere.
